• Getting There: (Self-Drive Only) Pickup service is not available. Please make your way to our tour office 35 mins before tour time.

Cancellations:

• Tours canceled after 24 hours prior to the flight, or passengers who fail to show up
30 minutes prior to flight time, will be billed the full price of the tour booked.

• Passengers who cancel their flight with less than 24 hours notice, but re-book their tour for another day, will incur a service charge fee of $100.

• Passengers who miss their scheduled flight time due to a late check-in (check-in is 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time) will be charged a fee of $100 if they are able to reschedule.

• Weight restrictions are 275 per passengers for a group of two. No more than one passengers can be over 200 pounds with a group of three. If passengers show up to check in over the weight limit, Mauna Loa will not accommodate the flight and passengers will be responsible for the cost of the flight.
